UPDATE, March 31, 2010: The first rulings from the court have come in, and they all went in favor of LegislativeDatabase.
(Actually, one ruling didn't, which was our request for a status conference. That was denied because the court ruled on all the outstanding motions, so there's no more need for a status conference.)
The LegislativeDatabase team is very pleased by these rulings because all of the legalistic moves by Dave Carlson, Frank Watervoort and Rob Hooke of EonBusiness and Jared Wandry of Norseman Capital have been turned down by the court. Our view was that those moves had no merit, and were designed only to drive up the costs of litigation for our side. (The court notes at the bottom give what we see as the full sense of the rulings.)
Now we look forward to a trial where we can present to a jury all the claims made in the original complaint.. Here are the rulings:
